Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing campaigns.
  • Run performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to generate leads and conversions.
  • Handle website optimization (on-page/off-page SEO) and manage performance analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Plan and manage content calendars and oversee the creation and distribution of blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead nurturing efforts.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital trends and emerging technologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing for an IT or tech-based company.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, etc.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, WordPress, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & Analytics certifications.
  • Experience in running international digital campaigns (US, UK, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
