Power BI Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design and develop interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience transforming raw operational and telephony data into actionable insights for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and publish Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual analytics for various projects.

• Connect Power BI to data sources such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and APIs.

• Collaborate with developers and project leads to understand reporting requirements.

• Optimize datasets and queries for performance and scalability.

• Implement row-level security (RLS), data refresh schedules, and embedded analytics.

• Generate KPI dashboards for call performance, attendance, and workforce analytics.

• Integrate dashboards with web portals or management systems.

Required Skills

• Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, Power Query (M).

• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and visualization best practices.

• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

• Understanding of API data integration and cloud datasets (AWS/Azure).

• Domain experience in BPO / Call Center / HR / Governance Analytics preferred.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
