Business Analyst / Domain Expert

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Domain Expert with strong exposure to Government Sector projects and hands-on experience in managing IT-enabled transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess deep domain understanding, stakeholder management capability, and expertise in bridging business requirements with technical execution.

What You’ll Do

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Government departments

· Understand existing workflows and recommend process optimization strategies

· Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical/implementation teams

· Prepare MIS reports, perform data validation, and maintain project documentation

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely issue resolution

· Coordinate with implementation agencies (NIC / System Integrators / IT Partners)

· Support project execution and deliverables as assigned by the department

Database Knowledge:

· Oracle

· PostgreSQL

· MySQL

· SQL Server

Other Skills:

· Strong MIS & Data Handling capabilities

· Advanced MS Excel proficiency

· Reporting & analytical tools knowledge

· Understanding of e-Governance / IT-enabled systems
