Job Title: Digital Marketing Operator and Manager
Location: Ranchi
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3+ Years

CTC*: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA 

*Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s current CTC, experience, skills, and overall eligibility. Salary growth is generally expected within 10–15% of the candidate’s previous CTC, subject to evaluation.

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to manage digital communication channels, social media operations, chatbot workflows, and GEM portal handling.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Manage WhatsApp Business communication and customer replies
·  Handle chatbot monitoring, response flows, and automation management
·  Manage and update GEM portal activities, bids, listings, and related communication
·  Attend and manage customer/business calls professionally
·  Create, schedule, and publish regular social media posts
·  Manage inquiries from website, social media, and digital channels
·  Coordinate lead follow-ups and ensure timely responses
·  Maintain records through CRM/software tools
·  Monitor digital engagement and improve response quality
·  Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

 

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, IT
· Experience in digital communication, social media handling, or CRM operations
· Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business tools, chatbot platforms, CRM systems, and digital posting tools
· Prior experience with GEM portal handling
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
