Role Overview

Techtiq Solutro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced AI & Digital Transformation Leader to drive the modernization of existing enterprise and government software systems through Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics, and Digital Innovation.

The selected candidate will lead the transformation of existing applications into AI-powered platforms and develop intelligent solutions for citizen services, healthcare, workforce management, call centers, and digital governance.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Automation

AI & Digital Transformation

·  Design and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)

·  Build AI Assistants, Chatbots, Copilots and Voice Bots

·  Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based knowledge systems

·  Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar AI platforms

·  Develop AI-powered document search, summarization and analytics solutions

·  Create multilingual AI solutions for citizen services and call centers

Technology & Product Management

·  Evaluate, select, and onboard suitable AI platforms, APIs, cloud services, and technology vendors.

· Define product strategy, technology architecture, and implementation plans for AI-driven initiatives.

·  Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to ensure successful deployment of AI solutions.

·  Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of deployed systems.

Digital Transformation 

·  Transform existing PHP/Laravel-based applications into AI-enabled platforms

·  Automate workflows and business processes

·  Implement intelligent dashboards and analytics platforms

·  Lead digital transformation initiatives for government and enterprise clients

Requirements
