UI/UX Designer – Web & Mobile Applications

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer who can design modern, professional and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, portals and enterprise software solutions.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience and should be able to convert complex software requirements and workflows into simple, attractive and easy-to-use designs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design professional and user-friendly UI/UX for web applications, mobile apps, dashboards and software portals.

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes and final UI designs before development.

• Understand business requirements and convert them into clear and practical screen designs.

• Design dashboards, forms, tables, reports, login screens, employee/user profiles, approval workflows and administrative panels.

• Ensure that complex software processes are presented in a simple and intuitive manner for users.

• Create responsive designs suitable for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

• Maintain consistency in colors, typography, buttons, icons, spacing, layouts and other UI components throughout the application.

• Develop and maintain a reusable Design System / UI Component Library.

• Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

• Review developed screens and identify differences between the approved UI design and actual implementation.

• Improve existing software screens based on user feedback and usability requirements.

• Design smooth navigation, menus, alerts, notifications, error messages and user interactions.

• Conduct basic usability testing and recommend improvements.

• Design interfaces keeping accessibility, readability and ease of use in mind.

• Create professional layouts suitable for enterprise and government software applications.

• Keep up with modern UI/UX trends without compromising simplicity and usability.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Figma.

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, User Flows, Wireframing and Prototyping.

• Experience designing Web Applications and Mobile Apps.

• Strong skills in Dashboard and Admin Panel Design.

• Understanding of Responsive Web Design.

• Good knowledge of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, icons and layout.

• Ability to create and maintain Design Systems and reusable components.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development limitations will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools will be preferred.

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT or related field. Candidates with an excellent portfolio may also be considered irrespective of qualification.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant UI/UX designing experience preferred.

Portfolio: Candidates must share a portfolio containing examples of web application, mobile app, dashboard or software UI/UX designs.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is not merely a graphic designer, but understands how actual software users work.

The candidate should be capable of taking a complex requirement and transforming it into a simple, modern, professional and highly user-friendly digital experience.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in designing enterprise software, HRMS/ERP applications, dashboards, mobile applications or large data-driven systems.
