Department: Medical Helpline (Call Centre)

Location: 104 Medical Helpline, Ayush Bhawan Building St. Xavier's School, Road, Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834002

• Position Summary:
• We are looking to employ a qualified and professional MBBS to provide primary healthcare consultancy to public over the call. The Medical Officer will be responsible for patient assessment and counselling. You should possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills with all role players. The successful candidate should be able to work closely with health care practitioners to ensure the wellbeing of patients. Ultimately, should possess an exceptional track record and display a high standard of patient care.

• Responsibilities:
• 
  The following is a list of the major responsibilities of the Medical Officer:
•  Will be present on the floor during the operating hours to provide the necessary medical assistance required for addressing queries of the callers/ beneficiaries
•  Will be responsible for providing medical expertise to formulate responses to health queries posed by callers / beneficiaries
•  Will evaluate the quality of health advice offered to the callers/ beneficiaries by Call Handling Agents based on the knowledge/ question bank
•  Provide high-quality patient care and consultancy.
•  Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.
•  Treat emergency injuries/cases through consultancy.
•  Develop programs to maintain health and safety.
•  Identify work-related risks.
•  Document all injuries and illnesses.

• Qualifications:
• 
  To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities:
•  Must be MBBS
•  Experience will be preferred.
•  Should be eligible for practicing in India and registered with MCI
•  Should be below 65 years of age
•  Continue professional development activities.
•  Maintain meticulous records.
•  Best communication to provide empathetic counselling

Basic Requirement:

• Gender – Both (male & female)
• Language – Both (English & Hindi)
• Work Hours - 8 hrs / 12 hrs
